Our homes are new and finished to a very high standard throughout and benefit from private off street parking. The accommodation comprises of a full kitchen and dining room combined on the ground floor which is equipped with a washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave, hob & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The sitting room is also located on the ground floor and is equipped with Television and DVD/CD player. We also have a toilet on ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a family room with one double bed and two singles - it also has an en- suite. The second bedroom has a double bed or in some cases a double and a single. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. The houses have oil-fuelled central heating which is controlled from the kitchen, and a separate emersion heater. Each house is fitted with an electric shower.
